A Proposal for a Web Application for Psychological Education Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

چکیده
In psychological education using cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) for the prevention of mental disorders, positive opinions have been raised about group work in learning, and it has suggested that may be effective motivating users CBT services Internet. this study, we developed a psychoeducational web application simulates teaches basic knowledge skills CBT. The user writes an answer such as his/her thoughts on event to worksheet screen. After screen transition, situation listening others is reproduced by displaying answers other respondents same task. usefulness verified evaluating whether learners were able use their daily lives, addition understanding retention skills, subjects’ depression scale. As result, certain effect was observed related CBT, psycho-educational terms learning clarified.
